Welcome to the new Harbinger!
This journal has been out of action for nearly a year, for many reasons. It has also now been moved over to Brascoe Publishing, as a Brascoe Books publication. This move has meant significant changes, mostly in the way we will be taking submissions. We will no longer have defined themes for each issue, but will be publishing the very best out of all the submissions that we receive over the period of a month (or maybe two if we don't get enough!).
We are now taking submissions continuously
The most significant change in the way Harbinger works is that we will be taking submissions continuously. There are no longer any defined dates; but if you want to see your work in here sooner rather then later, then you need to get it to us early. Don't forget to check out our submission guidelines, coz if you don't abide by 'em your stuff is likely to be sidestepped (read: deleted). Until next time, enjoy our dynamic and wonderful writers.
