Harbinger is run out of the Adelaide hills and has been up since September 2006. We are a Brascoe Publishing publication, and the team at Brascoe oversee the production of the journal and coordinate our volunteer reviewers, edit the work, and ensure everything runs well. Our volunteers are hungry-bellied little creatures that do their work without any fees, and we love them all!
We are driven by the satisfaction of knowing that we are publishing the work of people who are often not given the opportunity to be published, and of giving them quality feedback to help them develop their talent. Indie press in Australia is alive and kicking, and we are proud to be associated with the industry.
